Abhishek has 20+ years of consulting experience across executive search, strategy, operations, and technology. He also has broad sectoral experience in Professional Services, Healthcare/ Life Sciences, Telecom, Technology and Automotive. Over his consulting experience, Abhishek has delivered multiple functional strategy and transformation projects spanning Sales and Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, and critical episodic events such as Mergers, Acquisition and Divestitures. Abhishek’s unique experience and expertise aligns well with the typical CEO agenda of Strategy and People. He complements his functional knowledge with a strong appreciation of global cultures having worked in the US, UK, Hong Kong and India. Abhishek is an alum of Duke University and operates out of our Mumbai and New York offices.
Managing Partner, New York
Tarun brings over 20 years of global experience in helping organizations develop and implement strategies to drive growth and shape their technology innovation agendas. He specializes in data and analytics modernization, consumer data platforms, CIO and CDO services, data governance, analytics strategies, and leading data transformation programs across retail, consumer markets, telecom, manufacturing and energy sectors. Tarun advises clients on organization design, operating model strategy, and executive talent planning, and digital transformation. He is an entrepreneurial leader, actively involved in reimagining executive search through technology and process improvements. Tarun holds a Master’s degree in Information Sciences from Syracuse University and is based in our NY office.
Partner, Healthcare, New Delhi
Sumit has held CEO positions in medical devices, provider, and health insurance payor/processor companies that cover the gamut of MNCs, listed and promoter-led firms (GE, Apollo, UHG). He has also started two companies and is an advisor for two others in the Healthcare sector. As a CEO and advisor, Sumit brings real and relevant perspectives on the requirements of the leadership suite. Sumit thinks of himself as one strand in a supportive tapestry of relationships built over decades in serving, working, and training with a talented set of peers and customers. His relationships extend across sectors, functions and geographies. Sumit is an avid reader, an amateur photographer, and a traveler, with an abiding interest in all health and wellness conversations and developments. Sumit is based in Gurugram.
Partner, GCC and Captive Practice
Siva Ramamoorthy leads the GCC and Captive Practice, enabling global and mid-market firms to design, build, and scale high-impact operations in India. He formerly headed the Center of Excellence for Ephicacy Lifescience Analytics India, scaling its GCC and delivering globally peer-reviewed analytics and AI work for top pharma companies. His earlier leadership roles at Intel, VMware, and Tejas Networks focused on growth, market expansion, and transformation.
Siva serves on the India Innovation Board of Basel Area Switzerland and has moderated panels at forums including G-20 Impact-X. A mentor and advisor to leading innovation programs worldwide, he holds an MBA from Kellogg and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky.
